The Blessings of Nature

May the cooling relief of a soft gentle breeze, be yours

On every hot summer’s day.

May the warmth of an open fire in winter,

Nourish you, as it soothes your cares away.

As the rain gently falls all around you,

May it bring cleansing for your heart and your soul.

As the sun shines over you daily, may it bring you

The courage, to reach every goal.

May the wind whisper messages of great wisdom,

As it tugs and pushes you along.

May the birds fill you with the joy of sweet music,

As they chortle and twitter their song.

Remember to draw strength from the beauty around you,

It’s nature’s gift, given lovingly, for all to share.

Treat everyone around you with kindness,

And you’ll be blessed with people who care.

As you learn from all of these blessings look to God up above,

And give thanks for dear Mother Nature and her wonderful blessings of love.
