The Humanist Celebrant Network
Humanism, a non-theist belief system without expectation of reward or punishment after death, affirms the dignity and worth of all people. It is a-religious but not anti-religion.

The Humanist Celebrant Network is a freewill association of like minded civil celebrants who
· honour the Humanist origins of the civil Celebrancy movement and program in Australia
· are committed to providing meaningful secular rituals and ceremonies
· are respectful of the beliefs of their clients without endorsing them or directing them

The major focus of HCN, a member of the Coalition of Celebrant Associations, is advocacy to government about the needs of celebrants and the ceremonial needs of the Australian public

Celebrants who are in sympathy with Humanist beliefs and support the objectives of HCN are invited to apply for membership.
