Note: The ACCN is summarising its progress that has so far been reported in its free National e_Magazine. The Code at the beginning of an item represents the date of change or new service such that first pair = year; middle pair = month; last pair - day. For example 10 = 2010; 06 = June; 17 = 17th of the month.
