Lost Password/ Username

It is good habit to LOG IN every time you come to an ACCN website.

One is less likely to forget your user name and password this way.
And with this website, you can click SAVE to help you.

Remember ACCN members see pages the general public can not.

LOST PASSWORD ONLY

If you lose or forget your password, you need to know your

* Username
* Email address (especially which one, if you have several)

If so, if you click Ask A Celebrant Login (third top tab from left on black menu bar),
and use some of your favourite passwords you may get lucky.

If not, click Ask A Celebrant Login
then click "Lost password"

The website will send you a new gobbledygook password.

Then go back to Ask A Celebrant Login
use that gobbledygook password to get in
then
go to Members (on left hand side of every page once you are in)

click
Your Proflie
Hover over Edit
until drop down Menu shows Update Your Profile
Click that.
Then click Contact Information
and reset your password to to something you can remember
and Save

TIP: Send yourself an email with the Username and Password for this ACCN website.
When it arrives, drag it to your Drafts folder. That way, you will always know where to look !!

LOST USERNAME AND PASSWORD

If you do not know your Username or what email you are using
contact us and we will retrieve it for you.

We can not retrieve your password.
So send a new password if you would like us to set that up OR
you will need to follow the steps above,
asking the website to create a gobbledygook one for you,
which you then change in Member's Details.
