My background is in Counseling, Group facilitating and Cert. 1V trainer. Working with a Not for Profit organisation and women of all ages from various cultures and backgrounds, working with groups and one on one, to facilitate personal change.

I have been a public speaker for over 30 years now, at different venues. I have been a guest speaker at many seminars, services, and other venues, such as Funerals, Commitments, Local Community groups, and Book Launches.

For a while I worked for myself as Remedial Massage therapist and Reflexologist whilst planning, marketing, and delivering meditation classes ( and still do) and workshops through my own business and for the community colleges. At the present time apart from working as a Celebrant, I am also working with a Funeral Director’s arranging funerals and as a Cert1V trainer for a private college.

My natural progression into Celebrancy was through doing funerals and commitments for family and friends, and then I decided to extend that into marriages.

It seemed to come naturally to me and I haven’t regretted a moment of it, I see it all as a privilege and honour to be a part of someone’s life (whether it is a funeral, or marriage or naming) at such a sensitive, intimate, and important time for them.

I don’t have one treasured memory I have treasured them all in different ways, each one is unique – non-one better than another.

In five years time I would still like to be working doing what I do best and enjoying every moment of it.
